Karan explains that the sooner one can “take off their mask” and show their true self, the sooner they can connect with people on a deeper level, be easy on themself, and even feel more fulfilled overall. Karan and Anne discuss the retreats that Karan hosts through The Expansion Project, and how he encourages attendees to challenge their narrative by asking themselves “What do I want? When do I want it? Who do I want to put first?”
